This server-rendered block reads The Events Calendar data. It automatically follows the current Query Loop event or event detail page. On an ordinary page, search for an event or enter its ID. An explicit selection stays attached to the block: use automatic mode for patterns and templates shared between events.

Customize the label, prefix, suffix, missing-field text, inline/stacked layout, alignment and internal spacing. Link to the event page when the content does not already contain links.

Native Gutenberg controls provide colors, backgrounds/gradients, typography, margins, padding, borders, radius and shadows as supported by WordPress and your theme. The preview uses saved server data; save event changes to preview them.

Usage

1. Install this block from the Hexatenberg catalogue and activate The Events Calendar.
2. Insert it in a Query Loop, event detail page or Gutenberg template.
3. Choose the source and fields, then customize its design in Gutenberg.
4. Group blocks and use “Create pattern” to reuse the design.

Without a valid event, the public block remains empty. Fallback text applies to missing fields on a valid event. Event template editing depends on your theme and The Events Calendar configuration. No parallel event system is created.
